About Me
My name is Crystal Carrier and this is my second semester at MSSU. Throughout Elementary and High School, I swore up and down that I would NEVER date a military man. I didn't think I would be able to handle it. However, on May 28th, 2011 I married a soldier. Eric is in the army and I support him fully in everything he does. The two of us are working and going to school in Joplin, but we live an hour away. It's quite crazy when you think about it, but we haven't been able to find a place any closer just yet. Some random things about me are that I am addicted to Pringles and Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds bars and that I will be 19 on January 28th, 2012.

Happy "late" Birthday. Mine was on the 27th. Is your husband in the National Guard? I spent 20+ years in the Active Army and have been retired now for 6 years. I miss it very much. I have 2 sons in the military right now. My oldest "Tyler" is in the Air Force and stationed in Great Falls, Montana. My middle son "Ben" is in the Army and stationed in Hawaii. My youngest will be graduating from high school this May and is talking about joining one of the armed services also. I married my wife after I had been in the Army for 3 years and we traveled the world together. The Army is what you make of it though. It can be very rewarding or a very big obstacle. Hope everything works out for you.
